FIRST TIME ON VINYL!
Flatiron Recordings have announced Billy Squier’s final album for Capitol – the Mike Chapman produced ‘Tell The Truth‘ – will be released on Record Store Day, April 18.
Mysteriously shelved by the label upon release in 1993, this 2LP edition contains expanded liner notes, extended versions, previously unreleased material, and alternate mixes, all exclusive to this Record Store Day set.
Special limited edition pressing.
“The best Billy Squier album you’ve never heard.”

I have all your works and from my communiques to you and various postings on various sites that your talent is 2nd to none. You need to be in the Rock Hall of Fame while there are MANY names that need to be removed from there. Rap and country are NOT rock.
About time Billy. Can’t wait
An amazing piece of work that never got the respect it deserved. Billy had and will always have a loyal fan base who never bought into the treatment bestowed upon him by Capitol later in his career. I know because I’m one of them. Looking forward to the re-release.
We cannot wait!
I’ve calendared the date and looking forward to it. Great news.
Billy Squier is one of my All Time Favorites 👌 I got lucky to meet Billy Squier after a concert at the Newport Music Hall on the Ohio State University Campus (High St. Columbus Ohio).
Incredible Experience, Wonderful Memory… 👍✌️😎🇺🇸
That’s great to hear! Do you happen to have a link for purchase, or how can we find it?
Check with your local record stores or the Record Store Day site to find participating dealers near you.
